This Chinese restaurant is located on Keil Street in Wollongong, NSW. It is named the top choice restaurant. It wants to show that its cooking skills are the best. However, the Sichuan cuisine here is really good, the spicy taste has not been improved, it is very suitable for Chinese taste. Restaurant service is also doing better.

The braised eggplant beef series here is very special, made by Chengdu chefs: Sichuan spicy pot, Sichuan cabbage, Mao Xuewang, spicy fried pork trotters, stewed chicken is also very good, handmade ramen is handmade in Xinjiang, noodles are strong, on-site production. There is also a Vietnamese beef powder series that is also good. The hot and sour potato shreds here are delicious, the first time I have eaten this taste. The Thai famous dish Crissow Chicken made here is simply made of the mountainous taste of the western plateau of China. It is so delicious. I heard that the chef is from Chengdu. I ordered a back-pot meat. It was really good. I also ordered a scrambled egg with tomato. The chef made a different feature completely, which was incredible. 14 of our chorus went for a fabulous dinner Friday night. So good 19 of us went back Saturday night, the staff couldn&#39;t do enough for us, nothing was a trouble and the food was delicious, meals arrived quickly and don&#39;t forget to try the fabulous apple pie.

Hubby &amp; I were married at the Sage Hotel (home of cold water creek) last year and part of our package we received a $100 voucher to use at CWC. We started with a kitchen plank of which mostly was gluten free which is fantastic for my hubby as he is a coeliac. I ordered a burger which I created from the burger menu order sheet was huge &amp; delicious! Hubby got a GF chicken dish which was also lovely. With a couple of drinks on top we managed to easily spend $97. Will definitely be back.

Stayed within the hotel so choices to eat nearby were limited. Glad the hotel had a restaurant. One night I made my own burger which is a great concept but of course my eyes are bigger than my belly so the burger was huge! Also tried the steaks but unfortunately over cooked. Dessert was also a little bit of a let down, the apple pie crust was too thick and under cooked.
